The St. Patrick's Sewing Guild meets every 3rd Thursday of the month in St. Patrick's hall at 9am. Our mission is sewing baby blankets to be donated to pregnancy centers in Renssalaer, Delphi, and Lafayette. All are welcome. Please bring something to share for lunch.Read More

Sacred Heart sewing ladies would like to thank everyone for their support of our quilt sales. With your support, we were able to make donations of quilts to the Benton County First responders, Benton County Retirement Village, Hope Springs, Benton County Food and Services Co=op, Community Action Program, Veterans Home and to purchase hot lunch for the students and facility of Sacred Heart School. November 2, is the Feast of All Souls. This year that will fall on a Saturday. We invite all those who have lost a loved one, especially this year, to bring a picture of them to St. Joseph at the Saturday evening Mass. We will display all photos in a shrine as we gather for a light reception in St. Joseph Hall immediately following the liturgy to honor all those who are gone from our lives.Read More

Hello, my name is Carter Schmitt, I am a seminarian for the diocese of Lafayette, and am very excited to be with you all this summer. I just finished my first year at Kinrick-Glennon Seminary in Saint Louis. I am a 24 year-old graduate from IU with a degree in psychology. Before coming to seminary my desire was to get a PhD in clinical psychology. Some of my hobbies are photography, cycling and reading. Having come to experience the beauty of the church and the love of Christ in my life, I couldn’t help but decide to enter the seminary. Event/Meeting Halls must be approved and reserved in advance (1 week minimum). Please email jgoetz@parish.dol-in.org for all scheduling. All events and room reservations must be requested in writing. For non-parish activities/events a 2 week notice, proper liability forms, and fees need to be in place. Liability forms are available at the Pastorate Office. They may also be scanned if requested. Arrangement of keys for entry will be made upon completion of proper paperwork. Key returns are expected to be returned the next business day to the pastorate office.Read More
